Taste The Menu Volume 2

The recipe book starts with the history of pyclets and oatcakes in Derby, follows our journey around the city including inside our flagship store on Sadler Gate, through the Heritage centre and on to production and also takes you through each of our signature recipes from how to make the perfect eggs benedict to the recipe for our famous welsh rarebit.

The book includes a few of Katie’s favourites that didn’t make it to the menu and some of our specials from along the journey and how to make our homestyle pancakes just right all written with Katie’s trademark chatter as if you were sat in the parlour being told how your meal was being served.
