Derby Pyclets

Derby Pyclets have been made in Derby for over 160 years now, originally by the Monk family from 1864 to the late 80's, resurrected by Mark Hughes and Martin Reid in 2012 then taken over by Katie Gibson in 2016 and run in the Gibson family ever since.

From being sold under the arches next to Derby Market Hall, to being inside, to the Eagle Market and most recently in the flagship store at 12 Sadler Gate and next door as part of Derby Heritage Centre Derby Pyclets are now being baked and are available as packets only at Duffield Dairy, click and collect and UKwide delivery.

We are looking at reopening a parlour later on in 2025 but for now are operating as packets only.
